As specialists in automotive recruitment, it’s no surprise to hear that our current clients have worked with us for over 8 years on average, with one client having recruited 104 automotive professionals through AKA over the years.

AKA Recruitment provide end-to-end recruitment solutions across the automotive industry, UK wide. We are fully set up to deliver both permanent and temporary workforce to our clients, be it prestige dealerships or our local garages.

We complete the full reference, DBS and security checks, as well as right to work and screening notes too. Additional measures can be added into the search as per your request.

How can I apply for a vacancy?

Our Vacancy page is regularly updated with new job offers from our amazing clients. If you see something then please apply, however feel free to register with us for email updates on all new positions that suit your requirements.

I don't have a CV, what should I do?

It’s not uncommon for people not to have an updated CV, or even a CV at all. That’s why all our consultants are fully trained in CV writing and can support you to ensure you have the best chance to secure an interview.

We can conduct CV reviews via the telephone or in person. Please reach out to us today for more information.

What do you do with my personal information?

Our Recruitment System integrates GDPR and the latest data protection policies to protect your data and keep it safe. We only use your data in line with what you have requested and all our candidates have access to their own login to review, edit or delete their information if required.

How quickly will you be able to find me a new role?

There are many parts to the recruitment process, and we can guarantee that we will work as quickly as you need us to when helping you to find a new role.

The quicker we receive the information we require from yourself, the quicker we can begin the process. On averages it takes between 7-10 days for candidates to find a new role through AKA.

I need sponsorship and help to relocate, can you advise?

We do work with some companies who can offer sponsorship and relocation, but we need to make our clients aware of this up front to ensure they have everything in place to support you with your requirements.

Not every company in the UK can support with a visa sponsorship, but we can definitely advise where possible.
