Paul has gone out of his way to fulfil multiple contracts, even commuting an hour to work for a company in Burnley.<\/span><\/p>\n

We spoke to Paul about his work as a Driver:<\/span><\/p>\n

Can you introduce yourself? Tell us a little about yourself.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Well, I\u2019m Paul, I\u2019m from Halifax. I\u2019m 62 next week and I have a lovely daughter and two gorgeous grandchildren.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Why do you think it\u2019s important to have such a good work ethic?<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I\u2019m a bit of a perfectionist so I always like to make sure I do a job well and I always have. It doesn\u2019t matter what the work is, I try to do my best.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What makes a great Driver?<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A steady driver. I\u2019ve been a bus driver in the past and I\u2019ve always thought it\u2019s important to look after your passengers and other road users and stick to the speed limit.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What are the main challenges in driving?<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The main challenge with driving is the volume of traffic, it\u2019s been getting worse in recent years. The only thing you can do it put the radio on and get through it.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I don\u2019t mind the early mornings as I\u2019m up at 4am every morning anyway!<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What do you like about working with AKA Recruitment?<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I like the variety of work I\u2019m given by AKA Recruitment. I\u2019ve never worked with an agency before but I applied to several companies and AKA were the first to come back to me with work. I\u2019ll be sticking with them as long as I\u2019m given work.<\/span><\/p>\n
